BEE Academy was founded by Yorkshire born Actor Freddie Bolt & Lauren Shippey. Our main aim is to offer a platform for young aspiring performers, aged 3+,
that enables them to work with like-minded individuals, develop their skills, build their confidence, get invaluable advice from industry professionals,
and keep up to date with the forever growing performance industry… whilst most importantly, having fun!
With the performing arts beginning to take a back seat in schools we feel that, now more than ever,
it is crucial that students are offered the professional training they need to achieve their goals.
All our classes are taught by working Industry Professionals. We feel this is hugely important to be able to provide our students with first hand training from those that have turned their goal into a reality.
Not only do we have regular visits from theatre and television Actors sharing their knowledge and experience. We have also had a number of workshops from Casting Directors,
Acting Agents, Singing Professionals and Stunt Performers. This provides our students with a wealth of experience from all areas of the Industry to get them ready to start carving out their own careers from a young age.

We also have a Casting Agency attached to the Academy,
therefore we are able to offer our students exciting opportunities to regularly attend castings.
To ensure we are training our students up to the standards we require,
we choose only to represent students who attend BEE Academy.
We have had students land roles on various media platforms such as theatre,
television programmes, feature films and commercials.
With our experience and passion combined,
we feel like we are in a brilliant position to be able to work with young aspiring performers to provide them with all the guidance and support to navigate their way into this fiercely competitive industry.
As well as giving our students these opportunities,
attending BEE Academy also helps develop life skills such as building confidence,
self-belief and making life long friends.
BEE Academy
BEE Academy is based in Beesley Green, Worsley, Manchester.
Students welcome from the age of 3+, and we offer classes in:
Drama Workshop | Peforming Arts | Singing | Choir | Acting for TV & Film | Speech & Drama
Classes run both through the week & at weekends.
We offer a 20% sibling & multiple class discount.
